Cancellation & Refund Policy

 

Disclaimer
  • The 30 days return and refund policy of any good purchased throughHorizon Medical Care depends on the following conditions:
  • The sold goods are in original sealed package when delivered
  • Original Invoice shall be accompanied with the return good
  • The good shall not be damaged in any way
  • Full refund shall be made once approved by the supplier
  • Horizon Medical Care shall not be responsible for any damage made to the goods incurred by the purchasers
Return for Defective Items:
  • Any goods received as defective and being found damaged during the shipment process or due to manufacturing defect/flaw will be REPLACED at the cost of Horizon Medical Care
  • For any refund on defective items, customers will only be charged for the actual shipping cost borne during the delivery. The rest full amount shall be refunded
  • All return and refund process will take a minimum of 2 weeks time
